A piece of crinkled fabric came from a fabric swap. I originally planned to make a Pleats Please style jacket, but the crinkles were on the cross grain, meaning the fabric was not suitable for this.I therefore cut the fabric into pieces. The largest has become an elastic waisted skirt. Two smaller ones are joined to make a tunic top, joined at the shoulders with beads. The final piece (cut off to make the skirt the right length) is a removeable neck-piece/scarf.
